By Vicar Thomas

It is a tad embarrassing that I am not computer savvy so forgive me. Miss Kelly Price has very kindly helped me to set up this blog, so much gratitude to a wonderful young lady. Thank you Kelly.
Today has been a most auspicious day and a thrilling one too. I met some wonderful young people who have a relative in prison and they were strong minded individuals who do not allow incarceration to get in their way. They continue with their life's the best they can and communicate with their relatives the best the Prison Service allows them to. I have visited many prisons myself over the past couple of years and I know how the youngsters feel and the adults too of course when prison staff scowl at you with their suspicious eyes that burn in to yours.
The bible teaches us not to judge others.

Sunday Club

It was wonderful to see Vicar Thomas out and about today dancing around with some of the children who have a mum or a dad in prison. Our small group of children and prisoners families enjoyed the Sunday club despite the heavy showers of rain. The Sunday club put huge joyful smiles on the faces of the youngsters whilst dancing to their favourite music and taking part in arts and crafts activities. I am sure looking forward to the next meeting at the end of this month.
